Please click on the credit card icon below to make a payment in increments of $1.  By changing the quantity that you order, you can change the amount paid by increments of $1. 

For the CD/DVD shipped 1st class within 3 business days, please enter a quantity of 22 ($19.25 + $2.75 = $22).  If you'd like me to ship the CD/DVD by the following day via priority mail shipping, please enter a quantity of 25 ($3 more for additional shipping cost).  If you would like to receive the CD/DVD shipped the same day via overnight shipping, please enter the order before 5pm EST, call me at the number below, enter a quantity of 32, and the CD/DVD will be shipped the same day via overnight delivery.  For international orders, please calculate the shipping cost, add $19.25, round to the next highest $1, and enter that quantity.
